Facing a rise in sea water levels in the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea

The Ministry of Environment is working on a dyke swarm on the shores of the western city of Port Said in northern Egypt, which is located on the Mediterranean Sea, to prevent water from flooding on highways and beaches, as a result of the rising water levels as one of the consequences of the global climate change.
