A toolkit that provides information on the New Deal for Engagement in Fragile States that is a breakthrough agreement endorsed by over 44 countries and organisations in Busan, Korea, in 2011. It sets goals, principles and commitments to guide effective co-operation for countries in transition and/or affected by conflict or fragility and to help build peaceful states and societies.
